We have an urgent job opening with a leading pharmaceutical industries based at Mumbai.
Responsible for Third party sourcing from Global Market.
Job Location - Mumbai
Experience - 15-20 Years+
Designation - VP - Global Sourcing (API & Formulation)
- Leading the team responsible for procurement and sourcing of APIs, excipients, formulation and packing materials. The core focus is on maintaining seamless flow of materials with strong focus on managing cost.
Global Strategic Sourcing :
- Sourcing of APIs, excipients, Formulation and packing materials from cost effective, regulatory compliant and reliable sources across the globe .
Alternate Vendor Development :
- Driving strategic alternate sourcing projects that lead to cost savings and to mitigate the risk associated with dependency on single source.
Vendor Management :
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationship with vendors and ensured that vendors met quality requirements, applicable regulatory compliance and cGMP. Managed commercial relationship to ensure reliable and continuity of supply and resolution of any disputes related to supply.
Contract Negotiations:
- Effectively negotiated favorable supply agreement with vendors to ensure continuity of supply and having strategic alliance with vendors for establishing long term relationship.
