ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Global Markets Business Management team, based in Mumbai, partnering with the EMEA GM Business Management team.
- The individual will be joining an existing team of Business Managers and will assume day-to-day responsibilities which will contribute towards business management, performance monitoring, managing infrastructure/processes which support EMEA GM as well as managing key projects that are critical for the growth and day to day operation of the franchise.
- Work closely and in partnership with EMEA GM Business Management team covering sales, trading, research and structuring
- Responsible for driving projects and assignments to support GM initiatives; both regional and global in nature.
Strategic Business Analysis/Execution:
- Help quantify new business opportunities in partnership with business managers / Front Office as well as corporate functions
- Co-ordinate and drive the process for new products from the front office in co-ordination with the front office/ new products team and corporate functions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create reports/presentations to analyse and summarize revenue, expenses, resource consumption, client interactions and other management reporting metrics.
- Prepare weekly business summaries which include financial metrics and business commentary which is to be presented to Senior Management.
- Working with Business Managers/Finance, seek to improve/Implement reporting required to ensure ongoing performance monitoring of the business across trading, structuring and sales
- Partnering with Technology, Operations, Finance and other Corporate functions, to project manage / achieve the following objectives:
- Setting up of system and process infrastructure for New Products.
- Trade process is controlled and efficient and business is scalable
- Reporting of revenue, client revenue capital, risk and expenses is accurate
- Coordinate all activities and strategies in conjunction with corporate partners in region.
- Contribute towards day-to-day operational/administrative tasks, including expense approval, tracking and expense management
