LOCATION : Bangalore
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own the business plan and revenue for the Restaurant Analytics SaaS offering.
- Responsible for working with Sales to acquire new customers, accelerating the sales pipeline.
- Lead product demonstrations, customer workshops - contextualize, translate requirements and articulate portfolio fitment.
- Lead customer presentations - participate in Pre-Sales conversations, customer proposals.
- Train Sales & Inside Sales teams on product capability, competitive value proposition and market trends.
- Own revenue targets for the portfolio through various GTM motions.
- Own Go-to-Market motions for Restaurant Analytics SaaS offering globally.
- Identify target markets, opportunity sizing, competitive value proposition
- Create sales assets to drive GTM - solution pitches, demo scripts, battle cards, tele-sales scripts, email content and such.
- Create marketing assets to support GTM motions - website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, ROI calculators.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE :
- Must possess a degree in Engineering or Sciences and an Advanced Degree in Management.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing in a SaaS business environment.
- Entrepreneurial experience in setting up new businesses.
- Possess upwards of 15+ years of experience in deploying customer and marketing analytics solutions within consumer marketing organizations - Retail, CPG, Hospitality industries.
- Understanding of the BI and Analytics market and the competitive landscape.
- Deep expertise in using digital channels for product marketing and demand generation.
- US, EMEA and Asia Pac geography
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
