- Consolidation of Overall India Plan/Monthly and Quarterly Forecast
- Annual business affordability exercise for compensation increase - aligned with growth and margin improvement commitment from leadership (CSGs and Business Dimensions leads); hiring controls across a portfolio
- Part of a core team tasked with sustaining & improving IB profitability and re-structuring for growth
. Focus on chargeability and residuals
- Lead due diligence to strengthen controls in the system to ensure full compliance and risk avoidance
- Manage and track MD&I funds
- Preparation for Global Earnings Call materials and Risk analysis metrics
- Managing Leadership Visits; Representing Geo's view on AAPAC, Global, Growth Markets forums
- Lead Delivery Governance Forums to review project delivery, financials and risks
- Play a critical role in New Business Meetings with India and AAPAC leadership
- Manage entire P&L for practice
- BD Management - Opportunity level BD approvals, restricting usage and tracking spends
- Consolidating monthly collection forecast and ensuring collections in line
- Ensuring Contract Compliance and adherence to policies
- Responsible for Account Plan exercise - target clients, target offerings, expected delivery regions, capabilities for delivery etc.
- Long Range Plans (LRPs) for the practice
- WC Management - ensuring milestones accepted and billed as per forecast, the monthly collection as per forecast
- Preparation of Annual Plan, monthly/Quarterly forecasts; closure of monthly books; management reporting; projects financials reviews; compliances with ACN policies for sales; NR recognition, accruals, receivables rising reviews; working capital management
- Program management for programs/initiatives like Cost optimization; Tax savings; Exit process finance
