Vice President/General Manager - Marketing - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Responsible for All India Sales & Market Shares of all Consumer Brands of the company
2. Complete responsibility for conceiving / planning and executing all brand Marketing & Trade Marketing activities for all Brands of Consumer Business in line with Sales / Business objectives - by working closely with the Sales Teams.
3. Total accountability for Brand P&L for all the consumer Brands of the company. Drive the same by interacting closely with sales / Mfg / packaging, Supply Chain & Finance.
4. Generate Consumer Insights & Trade Insights through well executed Brand Marketing activities like Media Planning, Market Research, Analytics etc.
5. Develop Marketing team and Leadership through Field work and training.
6. Work closely with senior leadership of other functions and Director in developing & executing the business Strategy across all identified Markets / Consumer segments.
7. Be the "Passionate" Voice of the Consumer and possess the ability to transform Sharp Consumer Insights into executing Winning Business Ideas for the company.
Position will report to Director - Marketing
Experience : 15 / 20 years, out of which formative years in Hard core FMCG sales or Strong in National/Regional Brand Marketing for (at least) 5 years - for one brand or suite of brands.
Currently should be reporting to CEO / MD.
Excellent knowledge of South India Markets is an added advantage.
