VP / GM - Exports / Export Marketing Head

- A highly reputed and acclaimed 30 year old Fast-track integrated pharmaceutical company, which is also India's largest producer of injectable antibiotics, is looking for an Export Marketing Head to spearhead it's growth strategy into global markets.

- Currently, the Company has a well established clientele in India as well as several other countries like Europe, China, Brazil, Indonesia, Bangladesh and UAE.

LOCATION : This role will be based at Delhi.

REPORTING TO : Managing Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Responsible for business development in global markets for bulk drugs/API's and strengthen existing ones.

- Corresponding and servicing independently with existing customers.

- Product Manager for selected molecules to increase sales activity across geographies through competitor analysis.

- Sourcing of various products.

- Market research periodically.

- Achieve monthly sales target.

- Participate in all brand planning and budget meetings and assist in development of brand planning deliverable.

- To develop API business across all India level.

- To assist Marketing Head in budget & planning execution.

- To liaise between Plant, QC, QA & Customer.

- To carry out all activities related to Marketing of API.

- To meet existing customers, Follow-ups to direct customers for sales, to evaluate the business opportunities and to offer sales support.

- Identifying new areas of business & develop new markets & new customers.

- Facilitating customer audits.

- Attending customer complaints & make sure that complaint get resolved.

- Follow up with factory for their production plan & dispatches.

- Launch the New API in MARKET.

- All sales related activities starting from enquiry generation to after sales service and follow up for repeat order.

- New customer development

- New product development and market research.

- Coordinating with R&D, Production and Dispatch department for timely delivery to customers to guide supply chain department.

- Budgeting and setting yearly and quarterly target.
