Client Details :

Our client, one of the largest professional services firm globally is looking to expand their global capability support center in India. They are looking for a seasoned Administration Manager with experience in facility management, vendor management, administration, security management and operations.

Description :

Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, you will be responsible for :

- Developing active partner relationship, monitor accountability, program management, vendor management and review programs for delivering consistent operational strategies.

- Providing Administration and Infrastructure/ Facilities management support to ensure hassle-free operations, Steering operations with final accountability for service quality and profitability and observance of service standards; drawing budget and rationalizing operational costs to limit them within budgetary parameters

- Managing a wide spectrum of administration work line dealing with vendors, and organization management of the office areas, safety and fire defense system fire (fighting equipment's and team with fire fighting vehicles), maintenance and management of equipment's

- Analyzing security needs of the organization and driving security management initiatives to prevent external and internal theft and incidents related to loos of assets, information and manpower and managing overall security operations.

- Planning, budgeting, forecasting for day to day functioning and event based requirements.

- Ensure consistency & reliability in delivering workplace programs that has direct customer impact - Transport, Caf-, Pantry, Office supplies, Move management, Internal events, EHS, Internal Branding programs etc.

- Drive performance management thru SLA's & metrics, report inconsistencies and provide thought leadership to reduce business impact & workplace risks.

- Creates processes for facilities and methods to ensure business continuity in case of disaster working closely with Corporate Security team.

- Develop active Partner relationship, monitor accountability, program management, vendor management and review programs for delivering consistent operational strategies.

Profile :

- Looking for a senior professionals with 10+years work experience in the corporate administration department of any MNC organization.

- Experience in facility management, vendor management and security management is a must for the role
