REPORTEES : AVP /Sr. Manager
1. Job Requirements :
Education Qualification Essential : MBA/PGDBM
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE : 13 to 15 years of experience in any relationship management role with a financial service provider.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE : Exposure in national/international markets is preferable. Thorough understanding of financial products with emphasis on valuations and structuring of financial products. Good communication skills.
2. JD :
a. Main Purpose Of The Job :
Business Development - Tying up New distributors & institution relationships, Managing/maintaining existing distributor & institutional relationships in India to enable effective fund raising. Opening up new avenues and networking with distribution community in both channels.
b. Key Responsibilities Of The Job (KRA) :
Responsibility Area :
1. Managing the existing relationship and build new ones
- Regular meetings with the existing/new distributors
- Sending them regular updates about the sector & the fund
2. Opening up new channels for fund raising
- Referrals from management & board to be leveraged in a structured manner
- Follow up with their legal & compliance teams to ensure product empanelment and further with sales teams for activation of channel
3. Organizing/holding sales meets/seminars on behalf of distributor and otherwise
4. Monitoring progress with distributors & institutions
5. Gathering competition product information from the distributors

Candidate Profile :
Must Do : Primarily in Sales & Relationship management across Private bank, Wealth management outfits, AMCs
Must Be: Excellent in communication, Smart, Presentable, Mature and has the capability of managing a team & a region
Must Be: Go getter, Self driven, hungry for learning and growth
Preferred : Female, with career focus, must be mobile and well networked across the region if not country.
