Job Role :

Fund Marketing - Execution Execution of third-party GP fund marketing mandates. Management, development and initiation of LP institutional relationships in US, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and select European jurisdictions. These relationships shall include family offices, foundations, endowments, asset managers, investment consultants, pension funds, sovereign funds, DFIs, insurance companies and fund of funds.

- Candidate shall be expected to work partly into US hours for the management of US LPs. Development of marketing material and marketing strategies for each GP mandate.

- Interaction with GP management, providing regular fund marketing updates and reports Sale of the firm's own in-house fund products. Arranging and participating in LP road shows, as required Attending various conferences, as required Updating CRM on a regular basis Ensuring compliance marketing guidelines are followed in all jurisdictions. Use of Preqin and Bloomberg.

Fund Marketing - Origination - Originating third party GP fund marketing mandates. Conducting performance analysis to determine which GPs may be a fit for the platform. Managing, developing and initiating GP relationships in India, US and around the world. These mandates may include venture capital, private equity, sector-specific and public equity funds in India, US and around the world. Liaising with legal for the preparation of engagement contracts, non-disclosure documents and other contracts.

Investment Banking - This role is secondary and on an as-needed basis. Work on the execution of select corporate finance mandates. Such mandates shall include US, Canadian, Indian and South American capital raising mandates.
