Vice President - Fund Raising - BFSI/Investment Banking Sector (5-15 yrs)
Job Description and Responsibilities are mentioned below:
Major Role: Vice President
1) Your services would include travelling and meeting the corporates and sourcing the mandates PAN India and meeting the investors and closing funds raising PAN India.
2a) A company of market capital of size upto 20 crore (but only listed companies) taking fund raising mandates.
2b) For these companies the team will be responsible for raising funds from investors.
3a) A company with a market capital of 75 crores and above listed and unlisted for taking fund raising mandates.
3b) For these companies the team will be responsible for raising funds from investors
4.) End to End Execution of Deals
Candidates who have worked in BFSI sectors only/Investment banking sector.
Candidates preferred only from Mumbai location.
