Vice President - Fund Accounting Alternative Assets Platform (10-20 yrs)
Candidate will be responsible for managing the Investor Experience for the Alternative Assets Platform
Key Responsibilities will include
a) Setting up of world class investor and distributor experience
b) Mapping the investor lifecycle and product lifecycle and defining critical touch points and Investor communication
c) Being involved and own the end to end process from the time new fund idea comes to close of fund by liasioning with fund managers, marketing, product , ops compliance team.
d) Responsible for Creating SOP for all processes and audit of processes.
e) Responsible for designing and executing distributor and investor engagement for both offshore and on shore business
f) Technology driven mindset and approach for setting up processes and SLA with various departments
g) Responsible for ensuring all EOD and BOD activities are completed .
h) Is able to resolve the investor queries and concerns with TAT. Able to build and deepen the relationship with investors and distributors
i) Team Management and Team Development- Hiring /Upskilling existing Team , Motivation and Retention of Talent
This person needs to have a very strong background of data management, set up systems/SOPs, excellent excel skills, eye for detail and should be a team player as he will be working with other team members and administrators quite often.
