Accountability/Responsibility : 1. To drive the Transformation initiatives from the front; Ability to scale up abstract ideas, put forward solutions which are feasible and productive for the Business 2. Ability to persuade and convince the Senior stakeholders on the Design and implementation approach of the conceptualized idea 3. Be an inspiration to the change team by leading from the front in terms of understanding the problem statement, Business objectives/outcomes and charting out design and implementation approach 4. Should have a firm hold on Problem-solving and Analytical thinking skills Experience : 1. Should have driven E-2-E transformation projects spanning Idea conceptualization, Design and Implementation phases 2. Experience in projects related to Data and Digital transformation. 3. Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders around proposing ideas and solutions to solve business problems or to achieve Strategic Business outcomes 4. Hands on experience with Project management Tools 5. Experience in managing large scale transformation Projects aligned to Strategic Business outcomes 6. Excellent communication and articulation skills
