Company Info : It is a Contact Center for multiple Insurance Tele Sales processes for clients like Edelweiss Tokyo, Bajaj Alliance, Bharati AXA and other

Salary Range: Between 20 Lac to 36 Lac (Negotiable for good candidate)

Shift Timings : 9:30am to 7:00pm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off : Sunday

Education Qualification : Graduates/ Post Graduates

Experience Required : Min. 10-12 Years experience in managing operations in a Contact Center/ BPO/ Insurance Broking Firm/ Insurance Companies

Job Responsibilities :

- Negotiations & BD with Insurance Companies

- Commercial Negotiations with Insurance Companies

- P&L and Budget Management

- Planning & Execution of Ramp Up's and New Business

- Complaint Handling & Compliance Management

- Broking License Discussions & Negotiations

- Quality Check & Management Control

- System Vendor Management

- Other Management Issue Handling

- Negotiations with Landlord for Good Rentals and such other Activity

Candidate Requirement :

- Sales Experience in Domestic BPO or Telemarketing Broker is MUST

- Insurance Company Experience or Background is ok, but should have some prior experience of BPO or Telemarketing Industry

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Should have an experience of managing Operations, Sales & Services of a BPO/ Contact Center

- Looking candidates with Insurance company/ Insurance Broker/ BPO/ Web aggregator direct marketing experience (mandatory)
