The position we are looking to fill is a challenging development opportunity with regards to both content and process skills. The expected roles and responsibilities are:

- Contact person for senior management regarding all queries relating to the preparation of IFRS External Reporting input in your area of responsibility

- Preparation of notes in the Financial Report/Form 20-F and Interim Reports as well as FinRep reporting templates

- Analytical review and challenge of financial information required for the quarterly and annual financial reports as well as for FinRep

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly Management Information (MI) packs for senior management

- Responsible for queries from the internal and external auditors as well as regulators

- Maintain guidance notes and deliver trainings

- Assist with ad-hoc queries and analysis

- Manage the E2E accounting and reporting process for certain note topics

- Participate in Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) change and other group-wide projects

- Flexible, hands-on approach, including the willingness to take on new and ad-hoc tasks in an effective manner

Experience/Exposure/Skills : 

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in IFRS reporting and analysis domain. Preferably experience in Statutory reporting.

- Good experience with management/internal reporting, Finance, related IT or other areas

- Experience in delivering high-quality products to Finance Directors and Senior Management

- Solid knowledge of business applications (e.g Excel, Powerpoint)

- Fluent English, excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Flexible and pro-active mindset

- Proven track record of the ability to work to deadlines in an accurate manner

- High self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit

- Excellent knowledge of banking products and knowledge of IFRS requirements
