Job Description - Senior FP& A role with pricing deals in leading insurance set up

Business Partnering, Annual Operating Plan experience is a must

Our client :

Our client is a leading and a growing insurance set up with diverse range of products in the insurance domain.

Description :

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for :

- Contribute in 3 year strategic plan and 1 year operating plan process which includes

- Working with distribution in terms of sales, sales metrics, product mix etc

- Working on bottoms-up costs and align with organizational objectives

- Liaison with actuarial team to come-up with long term and short term cash flows

- Deployment of business plan once the plan gets approved

- Contribute in monthly variance analysis of all planned parameters

- Contribute in the growth agenda of the company which includes

- Being finance SPOC in all new sales initiatives and organic growth ventures of the company

- New distribution deal pricing

- Ring fence the existing distribution partners to longer periods

- Contribute in the inorganic growth agenda of the company

- Periodic distribution incentive schemes and contests which include

- Critical evaluation of annual distribution incentive schemes and contests and facilitate approval

- Periodic evaluation of partner wise compensation

- Periodic evaluation of contests and sales employee incentives

- Be an expert on the LI financials with the capability to connect all the dots in the business, possess strong actuarial knowledge so that sharp analytics could be enabled

- Provide financial and analytical support to all levels of management across all functions through reporting and analysis of operating results and evaluate performance

Profile :

- CA with 10+ years work experience in insurance, business partneing, annula operating plan, pricing, variance analysis, growing business plan is must fior the role.

- Looking for senior leaders with strong hands on experience in BP&A, FP&A, deal pricing only apply

- Open for candidates from industry, insurance set ups, start ups, leading banks etc are good for the role

- Candidates from back end operations need not apply for the role
