Job Description : Our client is looking to hire a seasoned professional who has a fair and relevant experience in Financial Control and has an expertise in areas of accounting, financial and management reporting, and strong people management skills.


Client Details : Our client is one of the largest Investment Banks. They have a uniquely diverse business with deep specialist expertise. They provide financial and tax services to all area and businesses. They are looking to hire a seasoned professional who has expertise in Financial Control/Reporting and Accounting and has a Financial Services/Investment Banking experience.

Description :

- The person will be responsible to co-Lead a team for preparation and review of financial statements, overall reporting period planning and coordination, and management of reporting period amongst other major responsibilities.


- The person will be expected to do IFRS based financial reporting.


- The person will be involved in the migration of any additional finance responsibilities which includes maintaining and supporting documentation for all finance functions managed by the team.


- The person will be required to lead a team.

Profile :

- CA/CFA/CPA or a Postgraduate accounting qualification.


- 12+ years of post qualification experience including 5+ years of people management experience.


- Should have a Banking & Financial Services or Big 4 experience.


- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams


- Ready to travel & work in shifts.


- Overseas experience would be an add-on.
