Proven ability to lead and deliver complex programmes of work from inception through to execution. - Leadership and Influence: Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams. Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and embed a culture of accountability and excellence. - Exceptional Communication and Organization: Highly structured and organized, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to synthesize large volumes of information to inform strategic decision-making. - Education: Bachelors or masters degree required.
