Vice President - Financial Control - Financial Services (10-15 yrs)
Job Location: Chennai
We are hiring for a Leading Financial Services Organisation based in Chennai for a Controllership role.
Position: Vice President
Experience Required: 10 -15 yrs
Position Specifications:
- Ownership of financials including Balance sheet control and month end closure
- Review of various Group submissions including monthly/quarterly IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) reporting
- Deal with product control and risk teams to ensure appropriate reporting and presentation of the P&L accounts and disclosure of the balance sheet accounts.
- Support Pnl & Balance Sheet enrichment process
Stakeholder Management
- Provide leadership to the process managers with oversight for issue resolution.
- Create an environment that promotes continuous improvement and high levels of employee engagement.
- Embed a culture of regular reviews and effective performance management.
Technical Knowledge
Essential:
- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA,MBA
- Strong academic background - minimum bachelor degree from a reputable institution
