Exp : 18 - 25 Years Job Description :&nbsp; - This position is the Finance leader for the strategic, cross-enterprise implementation of a new ERP and satellite applications. This role serves as the finance lead within the Strategy &amp; Implementation team and collaborates broadly with finance, business, and technology partners to take the project through implementation. Role reports to CFO and partners with the CHRO and other business leaders. - Responsible for building a deep understanding of the scope of the project, leading and driving a direct team, an implementation vendor as well as SME's across finance, operations, HR, business function and providing oversight to strategy, planning &amp; execution. This role is responsible for creating deliverables and presentations that further executive team understanding (CFO, CHRO, CEO), proactively communicating with stakeholders, and raising and mitigating risks and issues. - Lead a direct team of managers &amp; consultants to manage all aspects of ERP strategy &amp; implementation from a finance &amp; business perspective over a multi-year project plan - Change management leader across the organization - Provide leadership to SME's working on the ERP who are at various levels of the organization at VP, Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager - Be a change agent for finance and the business and represent &amp; prioritize stakeholder requirements. Look holistically across the business to understand processes, pain points, opportunities &amp; look around corners to anticipate issues - Work with Accounting/Finance/FP&amp;A/functional/business personnel &amp; liaison with implementation vendor through various phases of the implementation such as requirements gathering, design, testing, training, user support - Liaison with the business on the landscape of other ERP bolt-ons that impact finance &amp; HR such as billing engines, SFDC, ARC, etc. - Understand analytics and intercompany needs and develop strategy, design, for consolidation financial tools and processes, as needed. Partner with team that will execute tools - Shape and give input into long term strategy/architecture of Corporate Financial systems /applications including reporting &amp; analytics, forecasting, planning systems - Develop data conversion strategy while considering internal and external reporting needs. Ability to take ownership of various modules design choices as well as have knowledge of ERP and HRM for data conversion Required Job Qualifications - Global experience required - Bachelor's degree and ~15 years of experience in financial analysis, system implementation efforts and project management. - Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment. - Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience leading a team in a matrix environment and responding to rapidly changing priorities. - Experience identifying risks and issues and creating mitigation strategies - 3+ years of implementation experience with SAP or other leading ERP application - Takes initiative in driving results, asking astute questions, proactively reaching out to stakeholders, and meeting deadlines. - Analytical skills and experience applying business knowledge to solve problems. Preferred Job Qualifications - 5+ years implementation experience with SAP-HANA or other leading Cloud-based SaaS financial application - Consulting or system implementation experience in a large organization. - Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations. - Conflict management and resolution skills.
