Vice President - Finance Transformation & Change Management - Financial Institution (12-15 yrs)
Our client is a leading Global Financial Institution engaged in personal banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking, and wealth management with an extensive presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Actively seeking an experienced Vice President for Finance Transformation to oversee a number of change initiatives, global projects, and work with various global stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the development and design for both talent and transformation within the Finance program.
- Manage the team's capabilities around process efficiencies, how they can best identify and execute changes needed.
- Proactively manage communication channels with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Oversee the development of large-scale Project plans covering multiple elements such as costing, quality control, resource management and risk.
- Work with various team members on implementing regional LEAN and optimization strategies, ideas leading to efficient organization.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, ACCA, OR MBA (Finance)
- A proven track record of 12+ years in managing large-scale Finance Transformation & Change Management programmes and necessary resources.
- Domain knowledge on FP&A, Planning & Analysis, Financial Control, Financial Accounting etc.
- International experience an essential for this opportunity
- Project Management Skills or have managed independent tech teams / projects.
- PMP, LEAN & Six Sigma can be an added advantage.
