Vice President - Finance & Strategy - BFS (8-12 yrs)

VP-Finance & Strategy:

- Need a candidate to run Financial Planning and Treasury Management for IndiaLends.

- Must be from a pedigree institute or worked in middle-level management for big companies.

- Must have an investment banking/Portfolio management/consulting background and then switched to Treasury Management and FP&A.

 Key responsibilities will include:

- Fundraising : lead independent Fundraising meetings

- Partner Management - Lead meetings with top partners from Financial Institutions when needed

- Treasury Management - Allocate funds to different projects and manage cash flow optimally

- FP&A - (Later) - Capable of building a budget and manage all company compliance and accounting processes

- Must have the ambition to be CFO of the company in 6 months - 1 year.

- Should have 8-10 years of multi-organization experience starting with IBanking/Financial Consulting and then transitioning into Treasury Management for large scale companies or start-ups

- CFAs will be preferred. CAs are optional.

- Must have excellent inter-personal influence and consensus building skills since he will be working on cross-functional projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.

- Soft Skills - Strong communication and articulation skills, must be presentable like a business leader

Attitudinal Fit:

- Must have a conservative risk appetite, be someone who can challenge the way people think and respectfully disagree and debate out core ideas

- Must have an ownership mindset and take charge of work with minimum hand-holding from the co-founders.

- Must have sharp analytical thinking, design thinking, and systemic thinking skills.
