Vice President - Finance - Steel/Raw Material & Consumables/Oil & Energy/Engineering - CA/CPA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- CA or MBA-Finance from a reputed Institution / College.

- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA).

- Minimum 10- 15 years relevant experience in a senior position.

- Age around 30-35 years.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 15 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of to NCR.

JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure

- Manage and develop banking relationships

- Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
