Vice President - Finance - Shared Services/IT/ITeS (15-20 yrs)

Job Responsibilities

Operations:

- Engage in preparation of annual operating plan, monitoring variances and undertake control measure.

- Monitor monthly operating results against the budget. Improve forecasting.

- Track and report key metrics.

- Provide project financial control oversight.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business processes and enable operational efficiency through systems, technology, automation etc.

- Responsible to initiate cost optimization opportunities.

- Work closely with HR to optimally structure compensation from a tax perspective with any future changes in laws

Financial/Regulatory compliance:

- Strong understanding of revenue recognition rules, Ind-AS, transfer pricing, IFRS

- Familiar with US GAAP

- Comply with local shops and establishments regulations

- Responsible for all tax related filings such as IT, GST, PT, RoC and others

- Responsible for timeliness of all regulatory and financial filings

- Responsible for internal audits and conducting external regulatory and compliance audits

- Liaise with external legal counsel on compliance and other matters

Facilities management:

- Oversee a team of facility managers

- Coordinate with Corporate Facilities Manager/Director in US

- Manage vendor relationships for facilities

Education and Experience

- CA/MBA-Finance with 15+ years of experience

- Strong understanding of US GAAP, Ind-AS, transfer pricing, IFRS

- Should have worked in an IT organization with locations in India and headquarters in USA

Preferred

- CS/LLB as additional qualifications

- Mergers and Acquisition experience is a desirable trait
