Vice President - Finance - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing finance functions involving determining of financial objectives, designing, implementing systems, policies and procedures.

- Contributing with leadership in formulating business strategies to maximize profitability, revenue generation, cost control and reduction.

- Ensure internal controls and standard operating procedures are followed and updated regularly.

- Liaison with vendor and capital providers for smooth operations of the company.

- Oversee NBFC, FEMA and other compliance.

- Collaborating with credit rating agency for rating.

- Participate in investor activities.

- Ability to lead debt negotiations with banks and wholesale lenders.

- Supervise MIS, update investors on regular basis.

- Monthly closing of statutory books.

- Develop department wise monthly budgets.

- Ensuring tax computation and filing of GST/TDS on a timely basis.

- Assisting HR in payroll processing.

- Develop and manage team and their KRAs.

- Treasury and cash flow management.

Education Qualifications : Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance.
