ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing the process of financial/management reporting, forecasting and budgeting
2. Managing end to end finance operation of the company
3. Analyse financial reports and provide recommendation to business/CEO for growth of the business
4. Take initiative for cost reduction, process optimisation to improve productivity and efficiency
5. Review and set up strong internal financial controls
6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws
7. Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) in terms of interpretation and implementation
8. Coordinate with statutory auditors, Ensure timely closure of audit issues and completion of audit on time
9. Coordinating with Internal auditors, follow up for implementation of recommendations
10. Annual Capex and Revenue Budget, Monthly rolling forecast with detailed variance analysis
11. Coordinate Tax audit/cost audit
12. Good communication skill and advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PPT)

1. CA
2. An analytical person with excellent business acumen partnering with Business head/CEO for growth of the business, strong on internal controls and financial management, development and retention of team.
