Vice President - Finance - Manufacturing - CA

Job role :

- The incumbent will be responsible for overall Finance operations of the Company (Manufacturing unit and Corporate office located at Andhra Pradesh,). IFRS compliance for Global Consolidation requirement.

- Handling ECB compliance for funding requirement of the project including expansion, Working capital Loans with banks includes WCDL and Packing Credit Loans in Foreign Currency etc,Statutory compliance Reports including secretarial function, EOU regulatory compliances, Liaison with Bankers, Auditors (Big4) and Tax authorities.

- Business Planning and Forecast, Internal Controls, SOPs etc

Some of the key expertise the client is looking for :

- Business Planning (Preparation of Business Cases)/Liaison with Financial Institutions and Bankers/IFRS / US and Indian GAAP Reporting/Product Costing/Financial Planning & Analysis/Budgeting and Reporting/Direct & Indirect Taxation and Legal Compliance /Treasury Management / Transfer Pricing.

Qualification : Candidate has to be Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with hands of experience in Finance/ERP/SAP & IFRS.
