Vice President - Finance - M&A/Investor Relations/Fundraising (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility and ownership of the Corporate/Strategic Finance function of the organization.
- Spearhead Fund Raise, M&A and Investor Exit
- Managing existing capital market relationships and establishing new ones
- Closely work with the CEO and Leadership team, in developing business models and support them with reports and actionable insights
- Represent the organization as its Financial spokesperson to the Board of Directors and Investors
- Manage relationships and compliance with banking partners, external auditors, and regulatory entities
- Prepare, review, analyze and present financial reports, investor decks/MIS
- Strategic oversight of accounting and taxation
- Create Annual Operating Plan in close consultation with Leadership team
Requirements:
1) 4+ years of experience in corporate finance/corporate development/fundraising/Investor relations with Software/SaaS, VC or PE, and/or in a high growth entrepreneurial environment
2) Experience of working with/alongside startups
3) In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
4) Good exposure in business analysis, Board interface & Investor relations
4) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
5) Passion for the role.
