Vice President - Finance & IPO Listing - CA (10-18 yrs)
Vice President Finance with IPO experience
- CA with 10 yrs of relevant experience of IPO and in managing the statutory compliance for a listed companies from a SEBI and stock exchange perspective. Experience in IPO Launch, IPO Listing Accounts, Finance, Billing and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in IPO Listing, accounts, finance, taxation, commercial management, MIS, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Tax Planning, Costing, Budgeting & Budgetary Control, .
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
- Should have stable career he/she should be an CA worked with reputed companies or Big4 firms
Job Description :
- Relevant experience of IPO and in managing the statutory compliance for a listed companies from a SEBI .
- Experience in Direct Tax
- Knowledge of GST
- Handle Sales accounting
- Commercial Accounting
- Finance & Accounts, inventory costing and pricing,
- Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management and Statutory Compliance.
- Possess strong analytical, decision making, organisational and negotiation skills.
Qualification : CA is must
