Vice President - Finance - Infra (20-25 yrs)
- Should be CA with Minimum 20-25 years similar experience from Infrastructure companies only. last five years working as head of Finance more than 1000 cr turnover
- Formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Preparing project reports, managing the capital requests and budgeting processes
- Developing financial, tax strategies and Managing the accounting, finance, tax, MIS, and secretarial function and teams
- Designing and reporting MIS reports to board of directors at monthly intervals.
- Preparing and finalizing financial statements of the company, subsidiaries and associates. Attending statutory auditors and acting as a liaison between joint auditors, internal auditors.
- Overseeing the financial operations of subsidiary companies and associate companies
