One of our clients which a is a healthcare startup is looking for a strong finance candidate with 8-15 years of experience Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecast and monitoring process to align with the organisation's vision - Raise and manage funds; Build relations with investors, banks, NBFCs, financial institutions for funds - Experience in Debt management, Capex management and Internal controls is desirable - Exposure to fund raising and investor relations management will be a plus - Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable hands-on experience in some significant initiatives - Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management - Internal controls - Investor relations management - Profitability/Capacity and Capability - Reporting to MD
