- Ahmedabad based FMCG company into make artisanal bread and more than 100 different varieties of international baked goodies, without any preservatives, chemicals, emulsifiers, etc.
- The founders have an excellent pedigree, coming from the top B schools in India, have worked with large consulting firms.
- They have been operating the business for more than 10 years with a presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Ahmedabad. The company has been bootstrapped until now but would be very soon seeking funding as it expects to grow to 200 cr. in the next 2 years.
- They have a 5000 square feet state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Mahape, Navi Mumbai with equipment such as deck ovens imported from Europe.

JOB PURPOSE: The role covers the entire gamut of end-to-end Finance Management covering areas such as planning, budgeting and financial forecasts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
2. AOP
3. Budgeting and costing
4. Profits and Risk Management
5. Investor Management
6. Cost Control and Funding activities
7. Finance controller
8. Handling Capital Markets
9. Analyze and solution development for problems and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. The person must exhibit strong commercial and contractual awareness and excellent negotiation skills
2. Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
3. Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
4. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
5. Strong in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint etc.
6. Positive approach to problem solving
Educational Level:
1. Graduation: CA is mandatory
2. Post-Graduation : PGDM/ MBA in Finance or similar
Experience:
1. Preferably be from FMCG or retail or consumer brand / D2C background
2. Five or more years' experience in a financial management position
3. Prior experience with audits by Big 4 or similar firms
4. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
