Vice President - Finance - FinTech

Opportunity in a well Funded Fintech Company

Successful Applicant:

Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in handling the overall finance function. Only people with Fintech/NBFC experience of at least 3 years will be evaluated.

Job Brief:

- Head the overall finance function for the firm

- Take care of Financial Reporting, Auditing, FP&A, MIS, Taxation, ERP implementation etc

- Handle the treasury function for the firm

- Take care of cash flow management and strategic financial planning

- Monthly review of Financial Statements

- Tax planning, interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of TDS, GST and income tax assessments and filing of various forms, returns etc. required under various statutes.

- Evaluating business plans and strategies for maximising profitability, revenue generation & realise organisational goals, Risk analysis for business, management discussion and analysis, financial presentations.
