- Presentation of Annual Budget to Board
- Monthly MIS
- Ensuring monthly SAP closing entry updated in system and MIS prepared
- MIS for each outlet, Brand and Corporate.
- Preparation of Variance Analysis between Budget and Actuals
- Working Capital Management
- Management of daily working capital
- Creditors analysis
- Debtors Analysis
- Project Funding
- Preparation of Project report for Banks
- Raising of Funds
- Statutory Compliances
- Compliance with Taxes
- Transfer Pricing
- Internal Audit
- Interacting with Internal Auditors for ensuring compliance with internal audit suggestions.
- Statutory Audit
- Ensuring the Statutory Audit is completed within the schedule time.
