Vice President - Finance Enterprise Technology - Bank

Our client is a market leading MNC Bank and due to a renewed focus on re-engineering processes and systems to ensure they are world class they are currently looking for experienced finance professionals to join team in India.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Work with the business to manage and define a list of services for recharges and deliver standard recovery process for Enterprise Technology costs.

- Re-Engineer processes in MIS on vendor spend that enables better planning and forecasting capability.

- Oversight of internal control frameworks, accounting policy, performance management.

- Be able to work both independently as well as closely with the global finance teams.

- Manage communication effectively across all stakeholders from Finance to Technology, Compliance, operations, and external consultants.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Overall 15+ years of experience with relevant Finance experience in FP&A and performance management in Investment Bank industry.

- Should have hands on experience on Enterprise Technology tools.

- Six Sigma / Lean experience.

- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Solid people and project management skills.

- Leadership skills and ability to influence others in decision making.
