Vice President - Finance - eCommerce (4-12 yrs)

Do you have an eye for detail and experience managing finances for large enterprises-

We're looking for someone to lead our financial operations for next generation of travel services.

Your responsibilities will be to:

1) Establish and lead the company's finance team

2) Prepare financial forecasts, detailed budget plans and risk analyses with the CEO/directors

3) Lead the initiatives for fund raising, company valuation etc.

4) Manage the company's capital, cash flow, credit facilities, supplier payments and investments

5) Deliver audited finance statements and detailed expenditure/receivables/liability analyses

6) Implement financial/ERP systems, accounting procedures and credit/procurement policies

7) Enforce government regulatory requirements and corporate audit/tax standards

8) Guard the company's financial stability, develop yield efficiencies and cost control measures

9) Develop strong relationships with our banking partners and continually seek better terms

10) Travel to, and represent us at financial meetings outside the city/country when necessary

You'll need to have:

1) A degree in finance with an MBA/CA/CFA

2) Experience managing over 100cr balance sheets

3) Exceptional analytical and statistical skills

4) Good English communication/reporting skills

The ideal candidate is

1) A leader who is motivated, takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail and a sharp mind

2) Experienced in managing finances in the airline, OTA or travel industry

3) Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that requires improvisation
