DESCRIPTION : - Should be a Chartered Accountant - 10+ years- experience with progressive general management responsibilities in the IT services industry in a high-paced, rapid growth environment - Support the CEO in all aspects of Financial &amp; Business Planning. - Will be responsible for day to day finance activities and statutory compliance. - Will be responsible for group financial reporting - Should have good knowledge of US and India accounting practices. - Should have good experience in the IT services industry. - Proven P&amp;L management track record - Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team - Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment. - Interface with Delivery managers and Practice head to ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve goals. - Should have overseen the human resource functions, including: - Recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention - Compensation And Benefits Administration - Perform other job-related duties as required.
