Vice President - Finance - CA - Mfg

We are looking at a CA for this position.

VP Finance :

- 40-to-45 years of age group preferred.

- Should have an experience from Manufacturing setup and then moved to corporate finance (CFO / GM - finance type of role)

- Reporting to CEO based out of Mysore, this position is based out of Mysore and travelling may be involved.

- Experience in Indian / family run organizations preferred.

- Experience working with manufacturing organization preferred - this organization has a wide product range; costing is critical to business

- Provide leadership in overseeing closure of books of accounts and work with Management in strategic areas

- Business is largely working capital intensive; ability to work with banks and raise short-term funds while managing AR, AP and cash flows

- Should have exposure to direct & indirect taxation

- Become a single point of contact for Management; guidance to finance team and strategic thinking as part of management team

- Should be exposed to raising funds both short term and long term (including equity

- Should have worked in Organizations of Rs 400-to-600 Cr size

- Candidate will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financials- Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements

Task monitoring :

- Consolidation of Financials of all plants, Business units, subsidiaries.

- Oversee all direct & indirect tax and regulatory compliance issues.

- Contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting

- Reconcile bank and investment accounts; and manage cash flow with the team.

- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget & forecast.
