A distinct opportunity for a senior finance professional to be a part of a rapidly growing retail chain in North India.   The Company operates 10 retail stores across Delhi NCR and has recently raised external funding to expand its store network. The Company has a vision to launch an IPO in the next 3-4 years and is looking to hire an entrepreneurial finance professional to help it prepare for the IPO .  The Finance Manager will report to the CEO and and her/his key responsibilities include:   - Establish and implement financial reporting systems in the Company  - Formulating budgets and contributing in key strategic decisions with the senior management   - Working closely with the business and achieving key financial and commercial objectives   - Financial Controlling (Monitoring & Reporting)   - Laying out short and long term plans and being actively involved in the key business decisions of the management   - Coordination and preparation of regulatory reporting & statutory auditing (internal & external)   - Preparation of MIS reports  - Assisting the Company to raise additional 'growth capital' and eventually launch an IPO in 3-4 years  Candidate Profile:   - The ideal candidate will be a CA/ICWA with 5-10 years post qualification experience in retail, food or FMCG space with at least 3 years in a managerial position/level   - The candidate should have handled a business support role and have hands on experience in the Financial planning and analysis space
