Vice President - Finance - CA/ICWA (20-25 yrs)

A Large Business House is looking to hire a Finance Controller. Someone with approx. 20 years + of hard-core experience in accounting, taxation, audit, MIS, ERP, IFC, internal control / governance, accounts consolidation, compliance of Indian Accounting Standards preferably with treasury and fund management experience

Key Deliverables of Finance Controller:

- Managing complete accounting function of the business for all the SPVs

- Preparation and finalization of the quarterly and annual FS on all the SPVs

- Timely closure of monthly books of accounts

- Monitoring and implementing accounting policies and procedures,

- Compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulations

- Completion of quarterly and annual FS audits

- Consolidation of accounts of all companies and at investee company on quarterly and annual basis

- Compliance and Governance of all accounting and tax related matters

- Handling of all direct and indirect tax matters of the business; All tax assessments, queries, appeals etc and close monitoring of all the open tax matters

- Implementation and compliance of Internal Finance Control of all the SPVs

- Managing all SAP related issue for accounting function

- Close coordination with all functions for recording of transactions , capitalization, project accounting etc

- Managing complete AP & AR

- Managing and supervising the accounting, tax and payables team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations etc

- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.

- Will be managing the complete accounting, tax and AP/AR functions

Skills/Exp:

- Qualified CA preferably with CS/ICWA degree having 20-25 years on experience

- Thorough knowledge of SAP/ERP

- Tech Savvy

- leadership skills & ability to manage team; Stakeholder engagement & peer coordination

- Strong in written and verbal communication skills; Smart presentation skills;

- Good team player

- Bias for action, Agile, go getter to work beyond defined role

- Excellent with - MS excel and power point
