Vice President - Finance - CA - Chemicals/Fertiliers (10-15 yrs)
As VP Finance, you will be working with the promoters of the company.
Role Description :
- Finalization of books of account and statutory records, financial accounting and reporting, develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statement and reports
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and costing
- Provide monthly management reports including detailed variance analysis
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Generation of actionable MIS, estimate, monthly results
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Treasury and working capital management; manage banking relationships
- Reporting for Board Review Meetings
- Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors and implementing IFC controls
- Ensuring all direct tax compliance including Tax Audit, TDS Returns, IT Return, Providing data for IT Assessment, Advance Tax Calculations etc.
- Ensuring GST compliance
- Oversee weekly Vendor payments & periodical Statutory payments
- Ensure complete adherence to policies and processes related to accounts and taxation
- Collaborate and work closely with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for investments/growth.
Education/Experience :
- Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience
- Telugu proficiency is a MUST
- Sound ERP knowledge, experience in ERP implementation preferred
- Background in a manufacturing set-up; experience in an export oriented set-up with multiple factories would be preferred
- Hands on experience in finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting and costing with a strong commercial acumen
