1. Own everything numbers in the organization - from accounting and tax to help us price and discount products for the best possible margins monthly

2. Someone who has led a startup through a Series A round of funding and can represent us with investors

3. Helping shape ecommerce reconciliation through marketplaces and see that correct commissions and expenses are maintained for every sale.

4. Be a part of the business and assist to set team targets for optimal performance

5. Helping with debt and revenue financing

6. Banking relationships to be maintained and understanding policies for setting up and maintaining a factory

7. Complete ownership to monitor revenue and expenses from advertising to logistics etc. to maintain a profitable bottom line.

Some more detailed Responsibilities:

1) Monitoring cash flow and reports across all channels of our website, and all market places for complete accuracy along with team targets.

2) Planning and monitoring expenses, and ensuring all teams of provide correct reporting and reconciliation for their expenses

3) Day to day accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, and vendor billing

4) Cost analysis and managing the spends of manufacturing our products, and other factory cost planning

5) Monitoring all company secretary activities, ROC, and liaising with auditors and bankers for filling

6) GST and tax management

7) Providing MIS and Analytical reports monthly

8) Managing the due diligence

9) Maintaining and negotiating vendor agreements and pricing

10) Building bussiness plan and implementing for the growth
