About the Company :

- The client is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as ND-SI (Non-Deposit taking systemically important) and is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Lending Business :

The company lends primarily to three sectors :

1. Real Estate Lending : The client provides short to medium term loans to real estate developers at different stages of project implementation including the project approval stage funding or as a last mile funding

2. SME and Retail Lending : The client provides financial solutions for micro, small and medium entity/s by providing short to medium term loans for acquiring capital assets like machinery /equipment, Loan against property (LAP), Loan against Property Rentals, etc.

3. Affordable Housing Finance : The company has has an aggressive Affordable Housing finance business and is progressively venturing into tier 2/3/4 towns.

Job Description :

1. Preparation and Review Financial statements of Company and its Subsidiaries as per Ind AS.

2. Preparation of first-time annual disclosure under Ind AS forming part of notes to accounts

3. Review of Trial Balance and ledger scrutiny to ensure true financial position of the company

4. Monitoring of Monthly closing activities for MIS Reporting

5. Monitoring of loan accounting process and monthly reporting of loan book vertical wise and NPA details as per Ind AS.

6. Authorising vendor payments, employee reimbursements and branch petty cash along with weekly MIS on payments ensuring the agreed TAT for payments are achieved

7. Representing accounts team for implementation of vertical wise LMS and UAT for accounts related activities

8. Reconciliation of LMS with SAP for monthly upload of trial balance in SAP

9. Dealing with external auditors, internal auditors for providing the data,clarifications sought on auditor's review, RCM, process note etc.for completion of the audit within agreed timelines.
