Position Summary:

Accountability:

- Serving as a financial advisor to the President & Group CFO and executive team for strategic planning purposes

- Overseeing all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll and tax preparation

- Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses

Level of responsibility:

- High

Scope:

- Area Covered : Pan India

- All India Accounts and Finance, Credit Control as per the directives of Group CFO

- To ensure the smooth process and procedure of accounts & finance.

- Team development consisting of 4-5 Managers, 5 -8 Front Line Executives.

Competencies Required:

- Leveraged extensive hands-on Financial Systems & Applications including SAP, Tally and MS Office.

Key Result Areas:

- Finance functions and monitoring the finance team

- Audits; attending to Statutory, Internal, Cost, and Tax Audit for the unit

- Financial modelling & analysis, cash management & treasury duties, team building & training, payroll, insurance policies & cover, cost & capex management, financial analysis & planning, accounts receivables, accounts payable, billing process, doctors professional fees, doctor cost management, and managing books of accounts

- Billing, TPA & Credit Desk, AR & Dispatch, and Collection

- Budgets, forecasts, and cash flows

- Monthly/quarterly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet of all business models

- Implementation and maintenance of appropriate systems and internal controls

- Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, PF, and ESI)

- Maintaining financial ledgers, accounting processes, and books of accounts
