1. Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report, and accounts, including management of staff to achieve such.
2. Contracts and agreements, corporate level negotiations, regulatory body relationships, and strategies, approvals and accreditation
3. Prepare the estimate of the project cost of ongoing projects
4. Getting TEV report and information Memorandum ready for Debt Syndication
5. Prepare and analyze financial models of the projects
6. Liaison with banks for sanction of the loans for the proposed projects
7. Ensure documentation execution and CP compliance
8. Manage and ensure overall preparation of loans documents and execution of the same
9. Compliance with the Condition for disbursement (President Compliance
10. Working Capital Financing
11. Organize consortium meetings
12. To internalize good financial and treasury control system
13. Preparation of monthly statements to be submitted to banks
14. Manage and check bank charges, interest etc.
