Finance and Accounting

1. Daily fund planning and payments, submission of monthly cash flow budget, and weekly review.

2. Cheque signing, bill passing of RM/stores/other expenses.

3. Responsible for submission of the monthly balance sheet with observation.

4. Responsible for submission of annual accounts.

5. Responsible for submission of the annual budget.

6. Submission of Debtors/Creditors minutes every alternate month.

7. Raw Material accounts reconciliation to be done regularly and report to be submitted to JMD.

8. Responsible for hedging import/export and submission of the report to the Director on exchange fluctuation gain/loss.

9. Follow up with the marketing department for collection on daily basis.

10. Responsible for submission of monthly overdue Debtors report to the Director.

11. Organizing Group - 1 and Group - 2 meeting every alternate month and submitting minutes to Director.
