Position Description : Vice President - Head of F&amp;A Primary Responsibilities : - Responsible for consolidation of accounts and statutory audit for the company in compliance with various requirements for a listed company. Also to coordinate with the geography controllers across the globes for accounting and controls. - Person is also responsible for all compliances on direct and indirect taxes as well as global tax optimization. - The person has to oversee the control environment globally for all subsidiaries and branches all across the globe and help establish global policies and processes. - The person will be overseeing the design of legal entity structures across the globe for branches and subsidiaries as well as the sub-subsidiaries in the geography. - The responsibility includes ensuring a structure which is business enabler as well as optimum from tax perspective.&nbsp; - Also responsible for overseeing the transfer pricing and documentation between the parent and the subsidiaries / branches.&nbsp; - Also responsible for improving the timelines for monthly MIS consolidation and generation. Also will be responsible for setting up a good process on expat tax management for onsite employees. Additional Responsibilities : - Additional responsibilities could include treasury, shared services, internal audit, corporate finance and business support on commercial contracts and other decision making depending on the profile of the candidate. Person : - The person should be with global mindset being able to lead a large team of professionals and managers. - Should be familiar with global consolidation process and have dealt with a Statutory Auditor from big 5.&nbsp; - Strong team player who can work across globe. Strong on systems and processes. - The company has ambitious plans to grow to a billion dollar turnover and he should be able to create systems and processes for taking the company to its growth plans. Education and Experience : - Person could be a CA/ other qualified professional with minimum 15 years of&nbsp;experience - Having worked in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment, preferably in a&nbsp;senior corporate finance management position - Preference to people from technology domain and greater understanding of the&nbsp;business Key Skills : - A global mindset with ability to lead a large team of professionals and manage cross cultural&nbsp;groups - Strong analytical skills, financial modelling, interpretation of numbers and finance&nbsp;fundamentals - Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness - Effective business communication, relationship management and interpersonal&nbsp;skills - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent planning, time management, decision making, presentation and&nbsp;organization skills - High level of integrity and dependability - Ability to deal with ambiguity in changing business requirements - Confidence and fortitude to contribute as an integral part of the team
