Vice President - Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead and oversee the end-to-end finance department. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing financial strategies, overseeing financial operations, investor relations, and leading fundraising and fund management initiatives. You will be a key figure in driving financial growth, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and maintaining strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in investor relations, fundraising, and stakeholder management. You should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to navigate complex financial strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy: Lead the finance department, guiding the team in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, including regular communication, managing investor expectations, and addressing concerns. Lead investor meetings, presentations, and provide necessary financial insights.

Fundraising: Lead fundraising initiatives, including identifying funding opportunities, negotiating terms with investors, and managing the fundraising process end to end.

Fund Management: Oversee the management of the company's funds, ensuring efficient allocation and usage of capital to support business growth while minimizing financial risks.

Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, senior leadership, and external auditors, to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 9+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in investor relations, fundraising, fund management, and stakeholder management.

Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing and growing a finance team, including cross-functional collaboration with key departments.

Investor Relations Expertise: Strong experience in building relationships with investors, leading investor meetings, and delivering clear and concise financial presentations.
