Qualification : CA pass out or MBA Finance or LLB

Salary : Upto 14.40 lac

Experience in a manufacturing industry (Must have core knowledge in costing of manufacturing company and lead all account's & Finance team. )

Job Description:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and long-term goals.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Oversee the costing function, ensuring accurate costing of manufactured products including direct materials, labor, and overhead costs.

- Implement cost control measures to optimize manufacturing costs and improve profitability.

- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for efficiency improvement in manufacturing processes.

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws relevant to the manufacturing industry.

- Coordinate and oversee the external audit process and financial statement preparation.

- Identify and assess financial risks impacting the manufacturing operations and financial performance.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial resources.
