We are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven leader for administration with strong leadership skills to manage and improve the efficiency of our organization's administrative operation.

You will be the right fit, if you have an experience of managing administrative operations in the areas of facility management, travel & immigration and events management. Global level experience will be an added benefit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Specific activities required and results needed to excel

1. Overseeing globally all Facilities management operations, travel and immigration requirements and events management

2. Manage Travel Desk requirements from maintenance & allocation of Transport and Stay arrangements along with Immigration related services as per need

3. Facilities and Event Management for organizing meetings, conferences, along with travel and stay related arrangements

4. Manage Security, Pantry, House Keeping and all their related administrative aspects

5. Procurement and Vendor management with effective negotiation to meet business requirements and optimal cost

6. Ensuring compliance and liaison with relevant authorities for obtaining permissions and licenses

7. Setting up new facilities and furnishing along with maintenance of all assets and infrastructure

8. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution

9. Collaborative leadership by leading an engaged and skilled workforce to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability

10. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of administrative operations to ensure smooth progress

11. Manage financial operations, budgets and resource allocation for achieving cost optimization

12. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

13. Facilitate creation of reports and dashboards of complete admin activities and their costing against the given budget

14. Monitor daily business operations and address potential issues as and when they arise

15. Establish, execute & facilitate business processes to meet the business objectives & ensure compliance
