Vice President/Executive Director - Legal Entity Control/Entity Controllership/Financial Control - BFSI - CA (12-18 yrs)
- Some of our clients are looking for senior roles (VP / ED) in Legal Entity Control to develop and lead teams and projects responsible for financial accounting and control for the firm's global entities.
- The roles are in Mumbai for the India onshore entity as well as for the offshoring organization for global entities.
- Responsibilities include maintaining standing data, monitoring risk factors, reviewing financial statements/management accounts, reviewing outputs from variance analysis/reconciliations, oversight of capital transactions including setup/opening/closure of entities, capital infusions/dividends, reporting control framework and compliance with policy & client requirements.
- The candidate should have 12+ years of relevant experience (mix of legal entity regulatory reporting, financial management reporting or related), be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, strong MS Excel knowledge, understanding of financial products like securities lending & repos. Communication needs to be excellent, along with demonstrated ability in project management/process improvement and leadership skills.
